Real Brand Holdings Ltd announced that the company expected to formalise an agreement to acquire Deep Energy to be finalised in four weeks.

ASX said that company would be suspended from trading if the agreement was not formalised at the close of business on August 11, 2009.

The transaction is still subject to the finalisation of a number of matters and subject to compliance with regulatory requirements.
