May be the case that no one has bothered to read the estimations at the back of the 100+ pages. I have had a couple of calls from fellow WTN holders wondering what is going on and none of them had read the end of the release. If this is the case, all they would know is that the share base is likely to increase by around 10 fold.
Either way it gives us all a chance to purchase a few extra before it takes off again.
