Here is a breakdown of what I have found RE: Hologic, FFN and Australia:

Reviewing the product information available on the US site, the US options are only for the TLIIQ product. (refer to link: https://www.hologic.com/package-inserts/diagnostic-products/ffn-test) However, rest of world has both Perilynx and TLIIQ:



Im going to do some more searching, but the Perilynx appears to be used in the rest of world at present, not the TLIIQ product.
