very tricky and that the million dollar question..???
those leases did belong to Holoman and is understanding to be transfer to ALE RMG ,, but we did not see the drawing of the conditions,, so for now i believe those announcements made by ALE about acquisitions did help them to offload 40 millions of underwritten stock...
that what i know for ALE, i do not know behind the scene for RMG.. i did offload some ALE to buy RMG, just mathematics..

the idea for them was to capitalize on the mining boom, gas, oil and uranium, just for them to make some more shares manipulations, placements, followed by pump and dumps, i did dell Mister Page that he was 6 months to late, ..
well now we might have to wait 18 months
