I bought around 37c and sold 22c last week as I didnt like the immediate prospects, but I can see longer term prospects.
It will be very hard to prove any case against them re: the CR.
Well below cash backing now does present some short term upside at these prices.
I too am disappointed about the EPA back down, as I thought for sure it would have to be reviewed and changed, but no luck.
Can only hope things improve or there is a take over at some price in the 20s-30s.
