Thanks for the detailed reply.
I have a lot to learn about charting.
I use Power Etrade and the Iress charts only give one year of daily data so to look further back I have to use weekly.
Hopefully todays strong move on very good volume means that the instos now think there is substantial upside.
Given the future cashflows of the NBN deal I would have thought that an acceptable yeild assesment in light of the relatively low risk could be considered as low as 5%, particularly if the risk free rate is reduced significantly by the RBA over the next few months.
A 5% yield on 28c dividend implies a share price of $5.60
