paying 14 cents up until August next year then increasing to 15 cents(fully franked) after that, maybe. If this is true plus Interest rates coming down at the same time Telstra share price is bound to go up, everyboby looking for yield. If we can break $4.40 next resistance point will be $4.78. Lets hope so.
