Was looking into recent price drop from around 80c to around 40c then bounce back to now 80c, thinking whatever caused that drop may have been neutralised.
What I find interesting is the company saying in their AGM address that the agreement with Aurora basically gives Aurora “first option to purchase product produced at Mildura …”.
This is only an option. Yet the company has been claiming that this effectively underwrites Mildura facility.
Also, until this AGM address, this agreement detail was confidential.
I probably have not got these two points right – but if I have, this is looking very much like NUF’s glyphosate debacle. Then combined with happenings around Aurora (Denmark, Canada, class action etc) and Cann’s 28% price rise looks like a suspense thriller.
