    Just look what happened to OXR they have issued millions of shares and what happened they have moved from about 70 cts to now close to $3.
    You can issue more shares in a company as long as they are creating value on the way. Oxiana has used the extra script to get some real good resources added to their portfolio.
    PNA will use extra script (if needed) to build a mine, to mine a huge copper resource and at todays prices they will make a fortune out of it.
