I think it is quite funny that there is theory after theory about this by Xians; it is funny the Trinity is not something overt & clear; yet the Xians believe in it
each Xian has their different theory of the Trinity, which is just a theoretical concept they clinging to as 'Holy', despite it having no tangible reality, to them;
it is superstition; it is POLYTHEISM, at its worst

what is the Father?
if you are a Zion-Xian, like Snider, a father is a being that has authority over children &, when the child disobeys the father, the father beats them & punishes them
but a Mature Father is that which nurtures life, just like eating healthy food nurtures life, just like a Mother nurtures life when she feeds a new born on her breast
for the primitive, the Mother is the breast-feeding nurturer & the Father is the violent hunter & protector soldier, who exerts his violent will
but for the New Man, the Father is also an essential nurturer & lover
if we think about our physical body, when it has a disease, breaks a bone or cuts skin, there as an active force in nature promoting healing of these physical sufferings
if we think of when a bush fire destroys a forest of trees, there as an active force in nature promoting healing promoting regrowth
when the Exon Valdez spilt vast quantities of oil in Alaska, many years ago, environment that was actively clean up by man, using detergents, etc, actually restored itself slower than the damaged environment that naturally restored itself
this RESTORATIVE FORCE of nature is The Father
this restorative force also functions mentally or psychologically. for example, when a person sins, they have regrets. or when a person experiences loss, they have sorrow & pain. or when a person has no place to turn, they experience confusion & despair. or when a person is alone, they experience fear. or when a person is addicted to a pleasure, they experience acute withdrawal symptoms, which torment & torture their mind
just like a physical wound or damage to the natural environment, these mental ailments & troubles can also be healed by the Father
for example, when a person is mentally & physically addicted to drugs, by entering into cold turkey rehab, the Father can heal them by destroying the addiction. the Father purges & cleanses the addictive substance from their organism
if fact, if a person allows their mind to only take refuge in the Father, the Father will cleanse all disturbing emotions until the mind is completely pure, radiant & blissful, which is heaven
in short, the NATURAL RESORATIVE, HEALING & CLEANSING FORCE OF NATURE IS THE FATHER

the person that is restored & cleansed ("pruned") to a New Life is The Son, who is the recipient of the nurturing of this loving, healing & cleansing father; the Son receives the water of life from the Father

the Holy Spirit is the attitude of mind required for a Son to receive from the Father.
just like when human wilfully attempted to clean the Exxon Oil Spill in Alaska, they actually made the problems worse
just as humans increase their dissatisfaction by indulging in more & more external pleasures, that cause them to seek more & more different pleasures because they get bored with their former pleasures, this addiction to external pleasures just makes internal unhappiness & need worse
this is called "addiction"
so the Holy Spirit is an attitude of mind required by a prospective Son towards the Father so the Father can cleanse them of their "sinful" nature & fill them with the Life Giving Waters of a New & Free Life where the Father is their Sustainer
the Water the Father gives results in never Thirsting again
but the ordinary water of the world, which is the external worldly pleasures most Xians take refuge in, makes one thirst again
the Drible states:
whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.

therefore, when the Father fills the Son, completely, to the brim, with Streams of Life Giving Water, the Son becomes the same as or one with the Father. The Son embodies the Father, i.e., is the Father incarnate
the Son also embodies the Holy Spirit, that is, the attitude of mind required to have a complete relationship with & receiving from the Father
it is as simple as that, in practical terms
this is why those that actively & publically work to vilify, hurt & create pain to homosexuals will never know the Father & never receive anything from the Father
because the Father gives the purity of cleansing & restorative resurrection to a New Life & the Son that receives only the good can only give the good.
what the Son receives from the Father the Son must give to others
the Father has "forgiven" (cleansed & pruned) all sin within the Son so the Son forgives others
just as we, as ordinary suburban drivellers receive forgiveness from the Son (our human intermediary), we must offer others (like homosexuals) the same forgiving & loving mind
Xesus taught the parable of the person that was forgiven of their debt but then enforced another's debt to them
