Don't forget the taste of home brew is the original taste of beer or ale. The big brewers by refining and filtering have removed most of the true taste of beer and tried to convince the public that theirs is better. It is difficult to replicate the filtering process and also unnecessary. Who can taste wheat in Weet-a-bix?
