For starters what do you want to brew? Beer, wine or spirits. I know a little about beer. Can you afford roughly $1500 for a full keg set up? I have found bottling is horrible compared to kegging. Also it takes three weeks from start to drinking tap beer compared to 6 months to get an average bottled beer.
