Dark Ale and Black beers work best and taste best.
I'd usually tip a whole extra half kilo of malt in with the regular amount of brewing sugar.

My Black has been Kept for over 3 years tastes amazing only a few bottles left :(

I originally bought a few cases of coopers tallies to get a glass bottle collection going. The plastic ones ar ok though.

Have not brew for about 3 years though got used to buying cartons of becks. Now we are having a baby I will get back into it to save money.

The carbo drops are nice and easy. They prime corona stubbies too much though and the fizz and gass up when opened so only use them in full size 375ml or 750ml bottles
