+++++++++++++++++++++++++ The Directors of the Company have today agreed in principle to make a capital return to shareholders, to be satisfied by a pro-rata in-specie distribution of shares in its UK subsidiary, QuikTrak Networks PLC.
The capital return will be subject to approval by shareholders at a General Meeting to be held in the New Year. Full details of the proposal will be outlined in the Notice of Meeting.
