Im a customer of CBA, no debt low 6 figures in cash.
Wonder what sort of loan they would give me.
CBA is currently paying for at least 1.5 weeks rent for me at the moment.
Still not keen on ticking up a couple of hundy in the current climate of piles of debt, the taste for risk is coming back into fashion it seems with investors chasing yields.
Time to dump the toxic bonds with negative returns with trillions floating around globally.
Seems part of the money is flowing into the ASX instead of property at the moment, 5000 points not far off i wonder if that barrier will be broken soon and continue its current trend up.
Perth has its own market as its so isolated from the east coast and will play out totally different to the east.
