at the risk of sounding 'stuck up' or even 'talking down' i can confirm that this is not something that i havent expected from you...
the lack of comprehension, that is...
you are not able to comprehend that somebody can be 'invested' in something AND know that it (same asset) has become a bad investment (at certain price) !
that lack of comprehension ALONE is proving that you are of RE ilk and here on HC to spruik and not really into discussing or understanding any type of investment.
whether i have 1, 10 or 100 properties makes no diff to my opinion of it
even if you're not a real estate professional the fact that you're so happy making a 100 or 200 or 400 in a property game (when everybody else made it as well,mind you) simply points to clutching to straws to justify your selfworthiness !
no wonder everything you did so far was HARD (for you) !
oh...and btw...thats not that much money anyway...so, go and get yourself a better degree so you can earn money the easy way (karma easy) !
