As I keep saying. There is a disconnect with reality on this site. The banks are still , and will, continue to lend as long as your application stacks up to their criteria.
Only those who have the collateral , income and good credit history need apply. The rest who are in the queue for the bargains and want to score cheaply need to wait behind those of us who are better endowed.
