Cannot see for any reason why those coming off their 2 to 3% honeymoon fixed rates would be losing any sleep when refinance options like this are as at TODAY March 2023 still available for refinance loans. Personally if you cannot handle a poultry 4.74% interest rate then you not be invested in the property market.
