After making home made Pizzas for the past few years, I can now say I have the pizza dough almost perfected.
The trick is a slow initial dough rise, before portioning & placing into the fridge for 48 Hours then it's ready to make a great pizza.
And the toppings not bad either Hot Chorizo & Mushroom & the other Hot Chorizo & Qld Pineapple
The things one can do when you don't live on Hotcopper lol It might be time to open my Pizza Shop
