Yes mogga as hot as you can obtain. Preferably at above 300 Deg C & they shouldn't take any more that 4 to 5 minutes max to bake.
Ideally 400 deg Celcius for a cooking time of 2 Minutes is the best cooking environment.
The standard 220 Deg household ovens work but lack the high temps that are required to make a perfect pizza.
