Watso, I always buy the good brand when they are half price and get 2...can't get myself to use the home brand. I also add a bit of bi carb to it, refuse to pay extra $'s just because the packet says " with baking soda".
A small spoon for cleaning the tongue is better than the fancy brushes (I use an electric brush) as the tongue hold a lot of germs and smell.
Last of all Floss at least once a day....that is a must with a wide soft floss....result.....
