if everyone don't have a house and have to pay rent and never buy a house, and also don't want to work and are unemployed they can become homeless costs tax payers, puts pressure on interest rates, if Aust dollar keeps going down, costs more to import from other countries cost of employment goes up, costs of goods to put on shelf goes up. passed onto consumers. puts pressure to make interest rates higher. If immigration continues no where for people to live costs tax payers, makes interest rates even higher. trying to go solar and shutting down oil and gas costs more look at WA electricity prices, puts pressure on higher interest rates got to have electricity for industry and domestic market, costs taxpayers again.
