Gentlemen .Just in case you need reminding that PERU and CHILE who produce 70% of the worlds copper see XSTRATA report on Comex Copper site . Xstrata are putting $US4.2 Billion into their Las Bambas copper project in Peru (i believe very remote location) and $US 1.47Billion into Tintaya copper project in Peru .I quote ...Peru.s suitable environment for investments,based on legal and political stability with clear and stable rules of the game enable us to make these investments ....THIS IS ANOTHER MAJOR WHO WILL BE KNOCKING ON THE DOOR VERY SHORTLY .
