    Quanta, that's an amazing idea.

    Would be great to have the live bidding also accompanied by real time finance information from lenders so bidders know when they reach their limit or can quickly ask for extra money to become more competitive in the auction.

    You could also incorporate a seamless payment system where the compulsory deposit at auctions can be transfured from the leader to the real estate agent through the app.
