Will home owners be protected when tenants avoid paying rent? I would be very surprised if the banks freeze my payements during a time like this, I can't see any info to suggest aside from samll businesses.
It seems the government is happy to support renters during this time, such as they can't be evicted etc, but will the leniency be recipricated for home owners and their bank debts?
