The figures quoted on Realestate.com are supplied by the agents. If an agent or vendor does not want the outcome known the agent can either not report the result or say 'Contact Agent". It could be that the property did not sell, did not get a bid, sold under the quoted price, or the vendor does not want anyone to know the sale price. The figure given to the valuer general generally happens just prior to settlement which could be 30, 60, 90 or more days from sale date and I would think is accurate because stamp duty for the purchaser is calculated on this figure.
