I think the phrase you're looking for is "same shit different smell".
I believe the main problem of this raising is that it floods the market with more options. And also some people who have been trapped a bit by the previous down trend are, once again, using this as an exit point. I think that without any certain actions or interest from the market, it isn't going to do much for now. I suppose watching the volume and counting how many options there are to burn though first is all I'm gonna do for now.
