Pete a good post saving many of us the perplexing task of getting the right words in detailing what i think our aussie bubble has now become....
I think that there are anumber of landlords regardless of age-generation etc that beleive house prices cannot fall!! turning a blind eye as it were to the 90's flat spot..
So many questions... as to the application of these symtoms to the aussie market... some will say it can't happen here... at their peril...
My gut feel is , where we stand today for Aus is well into the Greed phase, not quite denial stage ...repeat JUST MY VIEW... and yes...the time frame & severity in terms of percentages and years/months to reach despair are gestimates at best...
