With due respect to RP Data ..

Just reporting on whats actually happening within one sector within one area , an actual result .

For if you Sat around reading beautiful hotcopper all day , sitting in a dark corner of Gloom .. and asuming you believed it all ..

You would never list the property in the first place . The individual here is pointed out what actually happened , and Im saying its certainly still happening .

If you are going to SELL a property SELL it .

If you are going to BUY a property BUY it .

If you are not going to be buying or selling and you think property is not a good investment ..Focus on your next Share Trade , you can make money to buy all these " Cheap " houses .

I dont waste my time , energy on Asset classes I dont like ..But each to their own .

When I list ( personal asset ) , I couldn't care less if I sold it first day ..and they often are sold on the first Open .

In my business they are all sold as Order jobs , so it a different segment , but the message is simple . Have a buyer , Sell it to them .
