We are certainly still making sales here in Vic , and far from any price declines , quite the opposite .
No big deal selling on the first Open , just be realistic with your selling price , and sell the thing ..Thats why you have put it on the market .
Who's to say what the correct selling period is ?? You have a buyer you grab them ..Matters not when they come .
