I can not agree with you.

House prices here in Perth have sky rocketed over the past few years on the back of the so called resourses boom.

Now that the boom has gone bust, in resourses, so the house prices will retreat.

I see a drop in some areas of Perth bewteen 40 and 50 percent.

Cash will be king.

In 3 years with cash one will be able to purchase a property here in Perth that may be selling today for one million for less than half its asking price today.
