definetely agree.....it will not be the same as US.....

First of all we are only a mickey mouse population and second even thou we do have low doc we still have stronger structure.

The one prob I do see our real estate prices still overpriced....there is no doubt about it.....even researches months ago indicated Sydney for an example, more expensive than NY and some cities in Europe and Japan... just nonsense....

Another 30% drop will need to be adjusted.
