I think there are sellers around who are capitulating thinking that LCT have the Medsafe response and haven't announced it because its bad news. So they are still selling out since they have lost faith.
IMO that isn't the case. If the Medsafe response was bad news they would announce it immediately.
But investors are not always logical.
