I keep focusing on that word unanimously - why so keen to sell?
There must also be some issues with the TO as the above article suggests 24 hrs is a usual time frame for the take overs panel to make up their mind.
At least the company is still hiring (I spotted at least two vacancies for jobs at Nullagine on the 29th March) and I assume we are still focusing on operations and increasing prodcution.

However very concerned to see SP continually dropping.
MY WORRIES ARE. 1) VERY KEEN TO SELL AND THEN 2)VERY KEEN TO GET OFFER REINSTATED WHEN REGENT PULLS OUT 3) SP GOING DOWN WHEN MARKET GOING UP
IF THE BOARD READS THIS THEN PLEASE KEEP SHAREHOLDERS INFORMED - AT LEAST AN OPERATIONAL UPDATE.
