    That Mexican Corona mix has been hit and miss for me.
    The first batch was perfect, I used a clearing agent a day or two before bottling. I think this helped to pull the extra dregs down.

    Since then Ive tried again 2-3 times without the clearing agent and without sucess. They are still drinkable but just do not taste nice and are very gassy.

    Will have to try again soon as it is a great summer beer. Prefer the dark stuff during the cooler months.

    Does the extra dextrose improve the head? Or flavour? Could also be the smaller 330ml corona bottles i use to bottle this mix. Somtimes when you pop a slice of lemon in they just explode into a bubbly mess.

    Next time I think the clearing agent will be used again.
