What do you suggest I do, offered him a blanket, offered him food, neither of which he wanted, but I still went back home, and got them for him, and left them with him. It was obvious he didn't want my help, whether he was embarrassed or what I honestly don't know. He looks ill and totally depressed, and I honestly don't know what to do.
I would have thought that the crisis hot line would at least have offered some practical suggestions.
People are just a number, and some just fall through the cracks. Well that's the impression I got from the help line.
