Well, to my understanding homelessness in Europe has also been on the increase and in a very strong way with the sole exception being Finland, where it has been decreasing. For those that do not know, a country whose "economic and political system can be described as a form of social democracy, which combines elements of socialism and capitalism. It’s a system that aims to create a balance between economic growth and social welfare, with the government playing a pivotal role in ensuring that the basic needs of all citizens are met" and the Finnish people are happy with it.
