What would be fantastic, as I have said before, is if everyone on here tells a number of agents in their area about home open. There is over 450 views on this thread and if everyone let a few agents know in their region that would be well over 1000 agents or agencies told about home open. Each one of those agents are bound to tell someone else about the free advertising they will be getting... you see where I’m going with this.

Bottom line guys, this is our investment as well. It is not just up to the company to spend the money we as investors have provided to pay someone else for advertising. Why don’t we help out and get in contact with our own real estate contacts. I know I for one have a whole heap who constantly email me to tell me about the houses in the area that they want me to look at.
