Up here on the Sunshine Coast prices held although clearance rates low...mexican stand off. Now enquiry and offer level has noticeably stepped up. All a matter of aligning comment to region. Comment on the real estate market can not be applied on a national basis (Aure I'm not implying that you have but I do think others tend to generalise and this is not a logical approach).
