The Powerco Update announcement said $116,000,000 corporate dabt was paid from the proceeds.
Total corporate debt would then be $1,350,300,000.
I'll leave it to someone else to work out the non recourse and recourse debt on Powerco after the 58% sale.
When I find time I'll try to find the book values.
