Seik, this is my Homework . I thought I would change the thread because I really don?t wont to have a spat with anyone on this forum.
I read your reading list and did a quick search myself.
If anyone can find more financial figures in the APG releases, please add them to this thread.

06/06/2008 Presentation to Investors
Commercial EARS Plant
Capital Cost 50 tpd plant < $10m
Opex = $130/t
Value > $850/t
Profit = $650/t or > $10m/year ( Predicted Cashflow by DEC 2008)
25/11/2008 Presentation
13,000 tpa Steel Waste Treatment Plant
Plant upgrade will take 3 months
Operating at 50% capacity , plant will generate profit > $3m/year
The above figures are now just too far out of date.
Some of the figures may still be valid but they need to be restated by APG management, to become reliable information.
These previous figures were only best estimates at the time. Things change.
An additional $8m plus, will now be spent to complete the Newcastle Iron Recovery Plant. (18/04/2011 Kronos Agreement).
But now APG has signed supply and offtake agreements with Orica and CMC.
John Winter has spent the last 6 months doing costings on the plant.
The last set of financial figures for the Newcastle EARS Plant are now 3 years old.
Surely APG management must be able to give out to shareholders and potential investors more up to date financial figures.
