You say .003 is a big discount - how do asses that when the real value of the shares is nil
Do your homework
The last 3 CR have produced a pittance of money
All of a sudden they have 8m+ fully underwritten CR by Phil and his mates
The only reason for this is so Phil can get back his 4.5m
Not for the benefit of the company or shareholders
I have been involved is the stock market for over 35 years and have never seen a CR of 3 for 1
They have made the offer so tempting that people will rush in as Grub says its a big discount on paper
Ask yourself this question??
Was Phil ever likely to get back his 4.5m the way the company is going - Answer NO
The cost of mining has blown out the window that is why no-one wants in
My guess is that once this is dusted the company will be put on the market - if they can find a buyer
All the drilling in the land will not produce cash -only mining will which is not going to happen with ORA
