The outcome of the public meeting (Copley) with LCK where the concerns of the indigenous were expressed and opposition to the operation was prior to commencement of drilling and not mentioned in any LCK disclosure.

I believe the temperature rose when the connections between LCK and Linc were made public via Parnell and the concerned indigenous and non indigenous concerned parties at the meeting.

The article raises an important aspect of ministerial portfolio conflict of interest but the relevant minister has not spoken publicly of LCK or the concerns of the indigenous groups mentioned in the news article.

If anyone on this site has lost money the area of interest is negligent misrepresentation as the annual report speaks of community support where none is evident ( the opposite is ) and the history of reports has such information of prospective success based on nebulous information that a case of gross negligence in misinforming the market could exist IMO .

Large or small investors could consider recouping any losses based simply on published information which is arguably factually incorrect.
