Question is how can shareholders remove RH?
He's the Chairman and also CEO.
I think he doesn't care much about TOE as he involves with 5+ other companies.
He has nothing to loose. Just free money for him really.
A red flag to me is he uses TOE money to invest in one of the companies that he's heavily involved (check out ASX:RDS).
