A sale of this asset could see the shareprice jump as the requirement for a capital raising diminishes.
All just a guess but Teranga identified Golden Hill as a prize asset (needs to pay 2.5 mill for 10% to get from 70% to 80% ownership).
In the recent quartlery BOE said they appointed corporate advisors to maximise shareholders return from the gold asset.
