The price of $2.5m for the 10% to get from 70% to 80% ownership was determined before the bonanza grades at Jackhammer Hill were uncovered. Additional discoveries in other parts of the tenement could see the price for the remaining 20% raised significantly. Perhaps that is why further drilling results at Jackhammer Hill have not yet been disclosed.
