This would logically follow Steve's comment during his presentation at the Excellence in Mining and Exploration Conference a couple of months ago. It was I think the first time the term "partner" had been brought up.

So we may hear something shortly (possibly not until after the release of the DFS) about an off-take agreement and possibly an off-shore interest seeking some significant equity in Tectonic.
