    Hi Mooroookamick
Its been a while, but glad to see you're still here posting some sense. Good on ya mate!

But just thought this link might interest you (US official 2022 Strategic Review document ------ in the public domain ------ needs reading with an analytic/critical eye. The Yanks do have the knack of "hiding their plans in plain view" ---------- if folk would only open their eyes and look)

    https://media.defense.gov/2022/Oct/27/2003103845/-1/-1/1/2022-NATIONAL-DEFENSE-STRATEGY-NPR-MDR.PDF

See page 7 of part 2 .... the bit in italics. Blows away the doctrine of "no 1st use". Same day as the Pentagon announces its gonna base 6 nuclear "capable" B52s in Tyndal NT.

    https://www.reuters.com/world/us-plans-deploy-b-52-bombers-australias-north-abc-report-2022-10-30/

And the nukes that logically go with them? Where will they be kept then?

As for HK, the media spin paints the PRC as the devil of the piece (of course), but review those videos of a "freedom activist" driving his motorbike full tilt into a grooup of riot police.

What would the Aussie cops have done in a similar situation?

And how about the HK cop with a cross bow bolt through his leg. Or how about the HK "freedom fighters" using catapaults to pelt the police with bricks and Moilotoc cocktails. What for f___k's sake were the HK authorities supposed to do in response? Lie on their backs with their legs in the air? What would the forces of law and order have done in any country in these circumstances?

And all that trouble in HK was all spontaneous? No outside interference at all? Are you SURE about that?

    Get real there guys!!!!

OK I'll retreat back into my neutral observer's corner now. Probably wiser that way, eh?!?
