dwecke.. ever the optimist.. my understanding is that the option lapsed on the 31st.
Possible the intention was for that to happen.. would hypothetically allow mgx to negotiate across the board ie with everyone rather than exclusively with shougang.
continued buying out of Lee Ming etc is only a sign that eventualy someone out of China will take out mgx in preference to doing deals
Still if you wanna believe deal with shougang is gonna happen .. go ahead.
