This announcement is made at the request of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the
“Stock Exchange”).
The board (the “Board”) of directors of FinTronics Holdings Company Limited (the
“Company”) has noted today’s increase in trading volume and price of the shares of the
Company and wishes to state that, save as disclosed below and the announcement of the
Company dated 6 June 2007, the Board is not aware of any reasons for such increase.
The Company is now in discussion for a possible fund raising exercise. No agreement has been
reached as at the date of this announcement and the fund raising exercise may or may not
materialise. A further announcement will be made by the Company as and when appropriate in
accordance with the Rules (the “Listing Rules”). Governing the Listing of Securities on the
